LATEST UPDATE: Mavins not missing D’banj –Dr. Sid
Ex Mo’ Hits star and now Mavin Records sign on, Dr. Sid, has sensationally declared that at Mavin Records, his former label mates are not missing the Koko Master, D’banj.
Dr. Sid made the declaration during a chat with The Entertainer in Lagos during the fourth edition of the Anti- Counterfeiting Coalition Roundtable, which was held at the Four Seasons by Sheraton, Lekki, Lagos, last week.
“We are not missing Dbanj, no, not at all. He is doing so well and he has gone on to drop a couple of hits and the same goes for Mavin; we have dominated the last two years of Nigerian music no doubt so we are also doing so well,” the singer, who released a new album last December entitled Siduction told The Entertainer.
On his dad, the late Justice Esiri, a Nollywood veteran who succumbed to diatetes a while ago, the singer had this to say: “I still miss him and I am very proud of him; he touched so many lives through his works. Where ever I go his name opens doors for me. I thank God I was blessed with such a great man for a dad.”
Dr Sid tied the knot to his heart throb barely two years ago. The singer revealed that he and his wife are yet to start making babies
